The New York Metropolitan Chapter of the East Carolina University Alumni Association would like to announce its recent re-organization and invite you to join us. All alumni in the tri-State area welcome!

Mission Statement
The New York Metropolitan Chapter of the East Carolina University Alumni Association will function as an extension of the University Alumni Association to spread awareness of the University and connect alumni within the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut region.  The Chapter will connect regional alumni; providing a platform on which alumni, recent graduates, and university friends can socialize, network and provide service to the university and to each other. The Chapter will work to promote the university in alignment with the university administration's strategic objectives.

General Chapter Information
The ECU Office of Alumni Relations’ database indicates there are over 1500 alumni currently residing in the tri-state area.

On April 8th, 2003, the new Leadership Council was elected by the New York Metropolitan Chapter. The council’s current focus is to develop a structure that the Chapter can use as a platform to grow and fulfill the needs of ECU Alumni community in the Northeast.
